Who's the best Fortnite player at Hackett? ; Hackett E-Sports

Hackett has never had an Esports team, even though every school in the Kalamazoo area has one. WMU invited our school to their information session to start an Esports team, but we declined the offer because we didn’t have a moderator. 

After taking a poll from the school, more than half the students have played the game Fortnite and some are really good at it. Fortnite is a game Esports offers to compete in, specifically Zone Wars in the spring. I have compiled a couple of people who I believe are the best Fortnite players in the school and would be great at this:

5.Lukas Husovsky

Esports is a sport that’s offered in the spring and the fall. Hackett would play in the spring, and the sport is not run through MHSAA. 

Esports is run through an affiliate of the NFHS network called PlayVS. Games PlayVS offers to compete in are Super Smash Bros, League of Legends, Rocket League, MarioKart, Splatoon, Madden, NBA 2k, Overwatch, and Valorant. Some games require teams of five, and others require teams of one. Schools like Portage Central, Portage Northern, and Loy Norrix compete in these games through PlayVS.

Esports is a rapidly growing sport, and I believe that Hackett needs to keep up with the times. Competing after school with your buddies and playing games is really fun.
